I also think it's a lot more figure flattering than the "normal" placement.
I tried to put the twist further down than in Drape Drape, but not as far as you did, I think you've suceeded in finding the right spot :-).
If I make a proper one myself I'll have to copy you!Karinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06491845092977999733noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7553172421381359137.post-75725545074284455472010-05-02T19:45:18.368+02:002010-05-02T19:45:18.368+02:00I love your top... and the fabric too! Looks very cool......I really like the muslin too!! Looks very cool... With the skirt seam; it depends whether you are using plain solid colour fabric and want the seaming to be a detail that shows up, in which case I would go to the trouble of putting in a horizontal seam. If you are using patterned fabric, then maybe the seam wouldn't show up much anyway? Looking forward to seeing the finished items...Carolynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03156106727490224625noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7553172421381359137.post-29525420995830837312010-05-02T01:22:25.550+02:002010-05-02T01:22:25.550+02:00so i'm sitting here sipping my tea, thinking, ...so i'm sitting here sipping my tea, thinking, this is the first twist top i actually like; that wonderful pattern on the fabric must have something to do with it, it incorporates the flow of the twist so well....

errrr... i really like your muslin :)marcy harriell | oonaballoonahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07586073125331744719noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7553172421381359137.post-63428510866337603702010-05-01T17:59:14.537+02:002010-05-01T17:59:14.537+02:00I like what's going on here.
